DC-5M Online Transformer Monitoring System

The DC-5M system is designed for online transformer monitoring by evaluating the condition of insulating oil in special-purpose equipment such as traction, mining, electric furnace, marine, and wind turbine step-up transformers. The DC-5M system, including the DC-260D and DC-260DH versions, can operate in transformer drying mode and transformer insulation monitoring mode. The system is connected to the transformer and constantly located nearby. Upon connecting the system, a closed circulation loop is formed: the oil comes from the transformer tank bottom, passes through the DC-5M system sensors, and returns to the transformer top. The sensors measure transformer oil parameters once a minute and transmit them to a cloud server, where other parameters are calculated using the DRYCORE technique to ensure a more comprehensive evaluation of transformer condition.

You can view the data for any period of time. The information is conveniently presented in the form of graphs, dot charts, and labels, while transformers are clearly displayed on the world map.
